By using this site or ordering from Citrus Bloom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed on our server at checkout.
• We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
• Menu items, flavors, and sizes may change or sell out without notice.
• Canned and packaged products may ship separately, with delivery estimates shown on the product page.

Payments are processed securely by Square. Placing an order authorizes the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.

• Food and beverage items are made fresh; once preparation begins, orders generally cannot be canceled.
• If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Event and catering bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability; contact us as early as possible.

• Stamps are earned on qualifying lemonade purchases and have no cash value.
• Rewards are tied to your account and are not transferable or resellable.
• We may adjust or correct stamps affected by canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
• We may change or end the rewards program; earned rewards will be honored for a reasonable period after notice.

By submitting a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and that everyone shown consents. You give Citrus Bloom permission to display it on this site and in our marketing. We review submissions and may decline or remove content that is unsafe, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights. You can ask us to take your photo down at any time.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's accounts, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our drinks are prepared in a shared space and may come into contact with dairy, soy, nuts, and other allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering.

The Citrus Bloom name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to Citrus Bloom and may not be used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Citrus Bloom's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
